Initial order process was great. Some issues with the agreed on deal when the truck arrived. But after that settled Dustin on the finance side was great. Seemed to be very genuine and willing work out a deal for us.
My interactions with Jamey from initial visit to see the Yukon Denali, to selecting a vehicle through to finalizing the purchase were great. He was very helpful, responsive and not pushy. Working with Grace on the financing and final transaction was so easy and pleasant. She was well prepared and everything was explained well and seamless.
Good morning, I'm writing this email to express my displeasure with the service or lack of service for my vehicle. Back in April 2023, I brought my vehicle in for reprogramming with the lane assist. During that process, your technicians managed to somehow de-program the forward crash assistance. So from April 2023 to Dec 20th 2023, I had been bring my vehicle to your dealership to correct the issue. Each time I was assured it was fixed, but each time it was not. Back in November 2023, it was in for an oil change and tire rotation, to include the fixing of the crash system. Behold, it was not fixed. But to make matters more uncomfortable, my center cap was missing. Your dealership had to order and replace same, which did not arrive until December. Once it arrived, I took delivery of same and installed on the parking lot of your facility/ dealership. That's when I noticed, where it should have been 3 screws holding it in place it was only two.
So Back to the forward crash detection. Your service manager and service technician Bill, advised that my camera was bad and ordered a new one. Mind you, my system was working properly before coming to Anderson. The part arrived and was installed on Dec, 20th, 2023. They still had not corrected their wrong. Bill, the service tech seen the issue before I pulled out the garbage and stated he apologized for my inconvenience and dealing with this since April. He stated," Mr. Tyson you have been had more patience than most in this situation". He advised they could contact me after the Christmas holiday.
I was forced to contact GMC corporate because of this situation. I contacted Bill after the Christmas break, he stated, the service manager advised that the camera could not be adjusted. As a customer I felt as if my concerns and the proper maintenance for my vehicle for which your dealership caused would go unanswered.
I advised corporate and took my vehicle to Koons GMC. Not only did they fix the problem the 1st time in the shop, but they explained Anderson didn't do there due diligence on trying to repair same..
I end this email by saying, as a customer I was very, very displeased in the service and the handling of my vehicle and will never be returning but to also make sure to tell others of this experience.

I purchased 2023 GMC Arcadia from Ron (Sale Consultant). I enjoyed working with him and he made the process smooth. He reassuring that I will know how the car works before I drive off the lot and that means a lot to me. Grace also assisted me with this process. She was so kind and patient with me during this time. We went on a Wednesday (before Thanksgiving) to meet with Sean who even came in on his day off to meet with us. Everyone couldn’t have been nicer. Even a part from Sean (who was excellent). From the staff who welcomed us in (15 minutes before the dealership was scheduled to open). “The new guy “ who we chatted with while waiting for everything to be wrapped up. Tom Cooke (the sales manager) who came by to meet us, and Grace who patiently went through all of the extra add-ons, and warranties. We even had an opportunity to meet one of the service guys. They made sure we were comfortable with our final choice, and with the dealership staff itself for future visits. Thank you Anderson Crew for taking such great care of us and getting me back on the road in my own vehicle after a bad accident which totaled my last vehicle - it was truly appreciated.
